Vaulted ceilings, clean lines, and thoughtfully curated décor give the space a bright, sophisticated look. Large windows invite natural light while offering picturesque views of the backyard.

Outside, you’ll find a private fully fenced oasis designed for relaxation and fun. The spacious covered patio, complete with a rustic wooden dining table and ceiling fan, is perfect for outdoor meals or morning coffee. Beyond the patio, the beautifully landscaped yard features a sparkling pool—ideal for cooling off on warm days—and a trampoline for family-friendly fun. Surrounded by mature trees and vibrant foliage, the backyard offers a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.

Nestled in a quiet and desirable northwest Visalia neighborhood, this home is just minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, including the popular Visalia Mall. The area also offers easy access to everything bustling downtown Visalia has to offer, including micro-breweries, cafes, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, the Fox Theater, Kaweah Health Hospital, and the Convention Center!

For outdoor enthusiasts, the location couldn’t be better. With Sequoia National Park and several nearby recreational areas close by, it’s the perfect base for hiking, camping, and exploring California’s stunning natural landscapes.

Getting Around:
We recommend using a vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Master Bedroom: The walk-in closet is not available, but a dresser is provided for clothing storage.
Second Hallway Bedroom (Left): The closet is not available; however, a cube organizer is provided for clothing storage.

Pool Safety: The pool is NOT fenced. There is no barrier and no alarm for the pool. All swimming and sunbathing is done at your own risk. If you are traveling with children who don’t know how to swim, please keep the doors locked at all times. All children, even those who do know how to swim, must be supervised at the pool at all times. This house may not be used to host pool parties, or any other parties, at this time. Your safety is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

Sequoia

Perfect location to go to national parks in the area . House is huge inside the master bedroom bed is the largest most comfortable bed we have slept on. Tv system was a little complicated to operate but not an issue .
