Welcome to this 5.7-acre riverfront property in beautiful Three Rivers, California…the gateway to Sequoia National Park and home of the largest trees in the world. Swim, float, fish, or just sit on the large porch and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river year-round. We are only minutes from the village of Three Rivers where you can find grocery stores, gas stations, art studios, restaurants, and shops. Another 10 minutes and you arrive at the main entrance to Sequoia National Park, home of the Giant Sequoia Trees, Crescent Meadows, Moro Rock, and unparalleled wilderness country.

This casual air-conditioned home has two bedrooms (with 1 split-king and 2 twin beds) and one bathroom with a walk-in (step-down) shower. A total of 4-7 people can be accommodated utilizing the additional facilities provided in the family room (sofa and mattress pads). This North Fork Kaweah River gem includes an all-electric kitchen with a new refrigerator, two ovens, stovetop, microwave, DVD/TV players, BBQ, fire pit, games, and wireless fiber internet service.

Beautiful Time

Beautiful home on beautiful acreage with your own private river. Swimming and fishing was super fun. Close enough to Sequoia forest to visit daily. If you are looking for charm...this is the spot. The home was clean, the beds were comfy, and all basic necessities were provided for cooking, swimming, fishing and relaxing.

Incredible Riverfront Stay Near Sequoia

We had an amazing time at this property near Three Rivers. The private river access is next-level—peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for hanging out, swimming, or just relaxing with a view. The whole property is huge, with tons of space to explore and spread out. It felt like our own private nature retreat.Steve, the host, was awesome. Super easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and genuinely welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for day trips into Sequoia and Kings Canyon.If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic spot with real river access and a great host, this place is it. We’d love to come back.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent 2 days in Sequoia National Park and the evenings at the house. The third day we decided to just enjoy time at the house. What an oasis! A Perfect Riverside Escape – We’ll Be Back Every Summer!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house itself is stunning, with a peaceful, stylish interior and an unbeatable view overlooking the river below. But the real star is the river—it’s absolutely breathtaking. We spent every chance we got swimming, lounging, and just soaking in the serenity of the water and surrounding nature.The location is also perfect. The town of Three Rivers is just a quick 10-minute drive away, making it easy to run out for groceries or grab a bite when we didn’t feel like cooking.We’re already planning to come back next summer—and likely every summer after that. The perfect getaway

Downtime

Loved this place! If you truly want downtime, this is the place to go to. Nothing beats no cell service and having that noise exchanged with the beautiful running creek right out the back doors. Home is simple but has all you need (internet & cable included). No fancy frills but good old fashioned peace and quite. If ever back in the area, I will be a repeat customer.

Great Kings Canyon retreat

This property serves as a fantastic jumping off point to all the amazing activities in the Kings Canyon area. The house itself is one with nature as it sits on the banks of the Kaweah river and is surrounded by Floor to ceiling windows. We escaped here in early December to see the Fall colors in the Sequoias. While some of the destinations, like Mineral King, we're already closed for the season, we were able to easily jump up.to Morro Rock and General Sherman tree. The historic house was clean and perfect for our three adults. We enjoyed sitting on the porch above the river catching up on old times. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get off the grid.

Remote getaway

This riverside house was as advertised although it was a bit further from the town of Three Rivers than I realized. It was conveniently located close to the park entrance (about 10 miles) and Steve was very helpful with suggestions for activities. Enjoyed breakfast at the Totem gift shop about 2 miles outside the park entrance. Could not get enough of the big sequoias and climbing Moro Rock was quite an experience for a couple flatlanders. Was hoping for a few more DVD's to choose from (we found one in the house but couldn't get the DVD player to work so it didn't matter). This wasn't a bad thing as it allowed for an earlier evening which led to an earlier start the next day. All in all, good times!

Private river front

My family and I loved the privacy and peacefulness of this place. The river is completely private and that’s where this place really shines and that’s what you are paying for. The house itself is a bit outdated but it had a new fridge, grill, and a very strong stable Wi-Fi connection. The biggest downside to the place for us was the overall smoke smell throughout the house and the overall. I believe the instructions said not to use the fireplace (which we didn’t) but the fireplace was full of ash and the strong smell of smoke stayed our whole visit and even followed us home. When we got home we noticed clothes we hadn’t even worn still smelled like smoke. Overall it was a very nice escape from the city and my family and I had a great time.

Incredible Feeling!!!

You get to experience nature with all the amenities of your own home. Wifey described it on the drive home as a Magical experience!!! We got to experience the peaceful mornings on the patio with a bowl of oatmeal and drink of choice in hand. My boys got to disappear for hours sitting on the dam sharing and reflecting about life and whatever they are going thru at the stages they are in. I can go on and on of how we felt and what this trip meant to us but I think you get the point. We are definitely hoping to come back and experience different seasons at this beautiful tranquil location!!! Thank you so much to the host for sharing their family property and letting us create memories of our own. I have already recommended to friends and family and I would do the same to a total stranger. This is a must property to experience!!! Thanks again

Mom's birthday weekend

Absolutely loved the views from nearly everywhere in the house, with the entire wall of glass, and listening to the rushing river just below the porch. Water level was high and running too fast to enjoy swimming or floating, no way to have predicted that when we booked it. However, the birds and local critters kept us amused. This property is NOT for guests with mobility challenges. Mom needs a walker to get around, so the uneven steps and paving stone pathway made it difficult for her. Also, the steep stairs down to the "beach" and water only has a railing half way down, so she stayed to the house and porch. The rest of us explored a bit more. The house itself was a throwback to another era, and easy enough for her to move around. We all needed a relaxing getaway to unwind, and that is exactly what we got. All in all, an enjoyable weekend.

Bad Start

So when we’re on our way up mountain before we lost cell coverage stopped side of road to look up key code. That’s when it all started trying to communicate with Verbo. First your staff has English clarity problem and told us also due to security they did not have and not able to provide key code. Then with multiple phone calls while sitting on the side of the road with children in the car and it being very hot and tired from two hour travel multiple calls Trying to contact very disturbing. This was unprofessional you should have it on file that’s an important item accessing a property and I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience. I wait your response.trying to contact owner, very disturbing

Beautiful house on the river

Beautiful view from the back lanai. Very accommodating host. About 5 miles from Three Rivers town. Has grill for usage. Nice fruit trees planted around the property.
