"The owner was very rude during the whole process and actuall lives upstairs. It is very difficult to access the place, three separate gates with different codes. Access to the bathroom was via 2nd bedroom and there was no door. So no privacy at all. Did not suit for two couples and we ended up departing early and booked into a hotel. Do not book this place ever."

"Had a wonderful stay at this awesome house. It is really large, gorgeous pool and so well situated. We loved the beautiful architecture and being so close in driving distance to things. What I didn’t realise (my fault entirely) is that it was so close to the road. That was only a problem when you were at the pool not in the house Other than that- great stay."

"Had a wonderful 2 week holiday in this beautifully situated house.It comes fully equipped,great garden and well fenced for the dogs who loved the secluded garden.Very good walks around the golf course and shops,vets all nearby.Golf club open to non residents for eating and drinking.The house is a beauty and everything works well.Smooth check in with housekeeper there when we arrived.Town nearby but prefered Frejus for eating out.Highly recommend this property.Many Thanks Mike"

"The weather is the best. Sea not far (20 minutes or so to Antibes). Interesting places beyond the sea. The owner was very discrete whilst taking well care of the property. Relatively quiet location, also in terms of car traffic. Good food in the nearby town."

"We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

"We had an excellent holiday at Villa Maracudja. The accommodation is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We made good use of the large swimming pool which was very well maintained. The house is very well situated just a couple of miles outside Menton, ideal for visiting this beautiful region. Hafid and Kristell were charming hosts and made us feel very welcome."

"Very nice property - reflected perfectly in the photos. Was absolutely perfect for us, 20-30 minutes to one of the various beaches for a morning swim / sunbathe, then after lunch a game of tennis and a swim at the property. Eva was a great host, helped with local information and was flexible with check in and check out. Very highly recommended, we had a great week."

"Overall it is a wonderful villa. It is superbly equipped, with plenty of space , the swimming pool is magnificent and the view is superb. The location is also convenient and is a short drive to nice. The villa is nicely decorated. Communication with the owner and manager was easy. Just a few very minor issues: - We had a little problem locating the villa as there wasn't much indication from the road. "The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"We loved the location and the quiet. We were three so the suite style set up gave us much needed room-with a wonderfully spacious bathroom! The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided.
