This cabin was perfect for my wife and me. The cabin was functional, felt new and was very comfortable. The cabin is in a remote section of WV and quiet, save a few vehicles passing by on the main road. We wished our stay was longer!
My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was perfect! The property was clean, directions to get there were clear, and everything was cozy and inviting. The location was beautiful, out of the way but still accessible. I have stayed at another rental of Cheryl’s so I knew this one would impress too! We’re already planning our next stay.
Really rural area and just a little hard to find at night but this was an outstanding rental. Cute and clean as a pin. Nice layout and decor. Loved the gas heat because it was cold that night with frost in the morning. Cheryl was a gem and we will use this getaway again in the future.
It was very comfortable, but if the fan could have run without the light on, in the other side of the room, that would have been nice. I didn’t personally like the kitchen being downstairs. The cabin was clean and well prepared for guests. Well thought out floor plan, small but cozy. Quiet. Enjoyable, just the downstairs kitchen was not expected. Thank you for having us.

The cabin was absolutely perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Very cozy and clean. The host was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back and stay!
Comfortable cabin with everything we needed for our weekend! Thank you for welcoming us into your home!FYI, definitely go visit Grandpa Tom’s Maple Farm. Mike and Tiffany are wonderful!
Great place to stay. We were visiting friends a few miles away in Rock Cave and this place was perfect. We just slept there with our 2 dogs as we were visiting all weekend but this was just what we needed. Nice and toasty as the temps one night was 13 degrees. Will stay again when we visit our friends.
This little cabin with its well equipped kitchen was immaculate and comfortable, perfect for a week long stay in the peaceful hills of WV. Proximity to Kumbrabow State Forest, Holly River and Audra State Parks and the WV Wildlife Preserve provides plenty of opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. We would definitely stay here again.
If you have an opportunity to go to French Creek, Helvetia or surrounding area, you should stay here. The hosts are kind, considerate and down to earth. The property is well kept, cozy and very welcoming. We have had the opportunity to stay here twice now and intend on going back.

My husband and I had a great time! We got a lot of cabin remodeling done adjacent from the Pringle House. The weather was fantastic and the deer visited often. Oh, the margaritas were good to!
Fantastic weekend getaway with friends from college.
Three great friends from college take an annual fall trip to WV and like to find cabins in different parts of the state. This cabin checked all of our boxes: covered porch, functional kitchen, fire pit, country atmosphere. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for the opportunity to rent from you!

This was a wonderful weekend get-a-away close to home. There was plenty to do when not at the cabin--wildlife reserve, gift shops, and autumn country roads. The scenery was spectacular. Back at the cabin, we found a clean, cozy, beautifully decorated temporary home. Our furry friends agree, this was one of our favorite cabins we have visited especially since it was pet friendly. We highly recommend this cabin.
