"Location perfect with easy walk to old and new town. Close to bars and restaurants on same road. Hire bikes from hotel or just down the road. Spa beautiful and staff fantastic from seasoned receptionist to bar staff on their first day. Well done."

"One of the best experiences with a hotel in all of our travels. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was large, comfortable and well furnished with a great balcony and amazing views. Our fridge was stocked with free beer, juice and water daily, which was a great little perk. The hotel is right beside the Aiguille du Midi, which is great if you have an early reservation. All of Chamonix is extremely walkable, so there is no such thing as a bad location. The quaint town, the unforgettable views and the charm of the hotel made this three of our most memorable days ever."

"Positives: good location, great breakfast. Free hot drinks in lobby all day, which was appreciated. easy parking. Negative: small room and bathroom which was no issue for us but room smelled so bad as we entered but reception said sorry we have no other room available, do you want air freshner???? we had to leave the window open all night (it was warm too and just one warm blanket) and couldnt sleep well, lots of noise from traffic and hotel(something like garbage pick up eary morning or dumping noisy stuff???) we saw no point reporting safe not working due to the first night experience."

"I stayed at the Big Sky Hotel & Spa on my way back from Milan, and this place is simply amazing! Everything about the stay was absolute perfection: 1. Location & Views: The location is incredible, featuring a breathtaking view of the glacier. 2. Spa Facilities: The spa area is top-notch, complete with both a relaxing sauna and a swimming pool. 3. Service: The staff at the reception were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. 4. Rooms & Style: The room was huge, beautifully styled—seriously, wow!—and the overall theme throughout the hotel is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here; it is easily my favorite hotel of the season!"

"We loved it here! The hotel felt very up to date, clean and safe (just wish they had elevators - the stairs are extremely narrow and hard to navigate). Our room was lovely and comfortable. You can add on breakfast as an additional cost and buy a coffee, hot cocoa, etc (although it’s 4 EUR for just half a cup lol). Great location as well - down an alleyway right by a main street! Lots of restaurants, shops, etc just 1 minute away. This hotel is also very inexpensive!"

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."
