「The hotel is well maintained and accessible. -Poor customer service -Poor staff helpfulness -additional USD 12.95 internet fees per room per day -Swimming pool closed and it is not mentioned while booking, and this was a major criteria as I have kids. Overall very poor experience in service and hospitality.」

「Very close to Billy Jean Tennis Center. A nice place to stay if you plan on watching US OPEN. Neighborhood is packed with Chinese restaurants and the majority here is definitely Chinese. There are several supermarkets in the vicinity. The hotel provides breakfast. Simple but just good enough. I liked the steamed pork bun. The room is OK, but the shower curtain stinks and you can smell the odor in the bedroom if you keep the bathroom door open.」

「客室は清潔でスタッフの方も親切です。 交通の便も大変よく、周りの飲食店も沢山あるので立地も文句なしです。 朝食も文句なしです。 一点だけ、大変残念なのが壁が薄く周りの声がほぼ丸聞こえです。 ※おそらく、ドアが下が空いているので筒抜けになっていると推察します。 私たちは合計で5泊しましたが、前半の3泊は周りに恵まれて快適に過ごせましたが、残り2泊が賑やか 方だったので大変でした。 値段を考えると致し方ない点があるので、気になる方は耳栓持参が良いと思います。 」

「Parking was not adequate for number of guest rooms. Back entrance from small parking lot does not work. You must walk around the building to the main entrance. Air conditioning unit points directly at the bed and cannot be diverted. Adequate but pricey.」

「I had a reservation, but the woman asked me whether I wanted one bed or two, which was annoying. The bed was low, and instead of tapping a card to open the door, I had to enter a code, so it was a bit difficult.」
