Eagle’s Villa is an intimate retreat designed for couples looking for the perfect getaway in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas. Nestled in a prime location, this cozy villa offers everything you need for a memorable escape, whether you're here to explore the local wineries or simply relax.

The open-concept living space is bathed in natural light, with vaulted ceilings that create a bright and airy atmosphere. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy a movie night or a quiet evening together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner.

Unwind in the luxurious king-size bed, and freshen up in the spacious walk-in shower. For added convenience, we also offer a washer and dryer if you’re staying for a longer trip.

Start your mornings on the private patio with a cup of coffee, then wind down in the evening with a relaxing soak in the hot tub—an ideal way to cap off your day in the beautiful hill country.

Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

We booked this property for a concert we attended at Luckenbach. The property was as stated in the booking feature. It is ideally located close to everything in Fredericksburg. We definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe property for your time in Fredricksbutg.
