"The staff didn't have the support they needed. We came to breakfast at 0930 but were told we could place one order because the cook didn't have time, as she was the only person and couldn't make pancakes and clean. The pool was supposed to be open but remained closed for the weekend. Otherwise, the staff were courteous and kind, from the front desk to the wait staff to maintenance and house cleaning."

"Thinks was good it was very noisy a couple of times because lots of kids there special occasion graduation so people was excited but that's not a reason to be real loud didn't report it because about 3 time an then they left sleep was great One thing is I wanted to take the bed with me love it will be back been there several yime best bed breakfast is super great customer service great will tell other about it"

"The best amenities I can say about this hotel is the bed. I agree with the others and I have to say the bed is comfortable. The pillows were mixed some were firm and some were soft. The channels were also pretty decent. The downsize was it did look outdated and it also had the tub clogged when you shower and drain system went down slow. We also saw a cockroach in our last night and that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Also the remote control did not work for the bigger tv. This hotel needs major renovations in order to have customers want to come back. If you stay for one night maybe two it works as it’s 6-7 minute drive from the airport. But would consider elsewhere. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Breakfast was hot and fresh. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The pool table and games in the lobby are super fun. They just need to buy a few new pool ques. I would absolutely stay there again!"
