This is a solid budget hotel. However, it is the only place I have ever stayed that did not have a 24-hour reception desk. This made checking into the hotel fairly tricky.

Scammers

SCAMMERS! upon arrival we’re told they’ve got some pluming problems and can’t give us the room. We’re offered a room at another hotel near the train station which is a very bad area and opposite to where we wanted to stay. When we said we did not want to change hotels and would like a refund we were told they cannot do it until Monday due to the manager not being there and there was nothing else they could do to help. Not only did they fail to provide a service, but also wanted to send us to a cheaper hotel without even offering to charge us less. Contacted the website where we made booking and told us they would take care of things yet up until today we did not get our money back and they will not provide a refund as the hotel rejects to do it. We have called the hotel several times and still did not get a positive answer.

清掃はそれなり、部屋のタオルやシーツは毎日交換してくれます。水回りも綺麗で、お湯も問題ないです。日本人でもストレスなく宿泊できると思います。 朝食は食べてないのでわかりませんが、近所のスーパーやパン屋で買って部屋で食べました。 ホテル周辺、食べる所には困らないと思います。

The hallway smells like cigarette smoke and my initial room also smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The reception has me another room which didn’t smell like cigarette. The room appears a bit outdated especially since they gave me an actual key. There’s no lights next to bed so I hab to move desk lamp next to bed. Otherwise the room is decent for a couple of nights sta.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und dem Preis entsprechend, also nichts besonderes aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Matratze war für meine Verhältnisse leider zu weich. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

O hotel é simples, mas é bom para uma estadia de poucos dias. Perto do transporte público e de lugares para comer. Fica a uma caminhada de cerca de 20 min dos principais pontos da cidade. Os funcionários foram muito educados e se empenharam para resolver o problema que tivemos assim que chegamos ao hotel. A recepção não funciona 24h(o que não foi um problema, pois já havia sido informado), mas caso o hóspede não fale Inglês, pode ser difícil, pois se você chegar em um horário em que a recepção não esteja funcionando, precisará telefonar para conseguir o código de acesso. O problema que tivemos foi o seguinte: reservamos um quarto triplo, mas ao chegar no quarto, o mesmo era duplo. Falei por telefone com uma funcionária, visto que não havia ninguém na recepção na hora em que chegamos, e depois de alguma conversa outras funcionárias foram até o quarto levar uma cama dobrável. O quarto ficou muito pequeno, pois não foi feito para comportar 3 pessoas. Mais uma vez digo, as funcionárias foram ótimas, mas o que aconteceu foi um absurdo, principalmente porque vínhamos de 24h de viagem e estávamos exaustos.

Sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Klein, aber fein. Moderner (renovierter) Zustand. Frühstücken kann man in einem Café einige Häuser weiter. Gerne wieder.
