"Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das Gebäude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen Gründen nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das Gebäude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint. "This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. "We have stayed at many Vrbo and other holiday properties. I rate this low unlike other current reviews of it for the following reasons. #1. Bedrooms third floor location from main floor bathroom. Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. "My husband and I loved this hotel. It was very clean and modern but with luxury combined. The bar area and restaurant was elegant and the patio was perfect for watching the sunset and enjoy some drinks. The pool was amazing. Never have seen a pool like that before. We absolutely would recommend anyone stay here."

"We stayed in Rooms 115 and 116. The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the city centre, and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Our only issues were minor. The battery in the room safe was flat, and one of the bathroom light bulbs wasn’t working. Reception seemed busy every time I passed, so I never got around to mentioning either. Other than that, the rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Overall, a good stay and we’d happily use this hotel again."
