It’s very conveniently located. Staff made good recommendations for lunch and dinner. Close to a supermarket. Pool area is very nice. Hotel rooms are pretty tired. We loved the best stuff: Gabriel and the young woman who works with him. Phenomenal breakfast.

Older Property with lots going for it.

This is an older property with enough upgrades to make it a convenient budget stay. Location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very “local”, so don’t expect bacon and eggs. Nice pool area and pool bar for relaxing!

The staff of the property were very helpful. The morning staff speaks English but the night staff can be harder to communicate if you don’t speak Spanish or Portuguese The hotel is very well located. With a store down the road and a pharmacy across the street and a few restaurants around. It is further from the falls but most of the hotels are. We didn’t get to use many of the ammenities so can’t really comment on it. The breakfast was a good spread but lots of carbs. But the fruit and coffee weee good Room bed were comfortable and the everything works. The room was not the most modern but has everything that is required and clean. Only thing is that our room had a strange odor when we had the ac off. The hallways to the room probably could be updated but minimal. All in all a great value for money hotel

Nice hotel. It is starting to show signs of disrepair. The pool waterfall wasn't working. Water stains on the outside building walls and around the pool plant area. Duche hoses do not work properly. Could have a comfortable chair in the room. Also there could be some close hooks on the wall so clothes could be hung up so everything has to be thrown on the floor. .

Minha estadia foi muito boa. O Hotel Rafain é ótimo e o café da manhã merece muitos elogios, tudo delicioso, variado e muito bem servido. Quero apenas registrar uma situação que ocorreu em uma das noites, liguei para solicitar um prato e a ligação caiu na recepção. A atendente falou rapidamente uma “opção” e desligou antes que eu pudesse explicar o que havia acontecido. Fiquei um pouco desconfortável com a situação e, por isso, acabei pedindo pelo iFood. De qualquer forma, reforço que todos os demais funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a minha estadia.
