An oase in the middle of nowhere

We only stayed for one night, but the experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff on arrival were welcoming and clearly explained everything we needed to know. After a long, delayed flight, the bar staff served us some much-needed drinks, which were good quality and very much appreciated. The hotel has a modern, industrial-chic décor and a calm, relaxed atmosphere. It was very quiet, which turned out to be a real positive as we had an excellent night’s sleep. The spa facilities were another highlight—multiple steam rooms at different temperatures, a plunge pool, and robes and slippers ready for use. Our room was clean and well prepared. Breakfast was fine overall, though the pastries were a little underwhelming compared to the rest of the stay. The reception staff were especially helpful, kindly arranging a taxi and assisting us with the next stage of our journey. Overall, a peaceful hotel with great service and amenities—perfect for rest and relaxation after a long day of travel.

The hotel is nice and the staff are really pleasant. However, there were a few things that let it down for us: - no international TV channels as satellite could only be fixed in a few days; - fire alarm went off at 2.30 am as false alarm (2nd time while travelling in the balkans) - breakfast is very poor… stuff is amazing, but the food is dry and pastry is old.

MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL EVER!!! These people put me right next to a smoking room after I had sent a message saying i have skin allergies! They did nothing about it and my allergies got really worse! This is such a punishment to treat black people this way! This is so bad!!! I had the WORST stay in this hotel and this was such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME! For 3 nights in a row, the hotel alarm kept disturbing at midnight alarming that there was fire in the building and everyone should leave the building, we all rushed out of our rooms only for them to say it was just a fake alarm! This happened 3 different nights and at midnight which messed up everyone’s sleep! I’ll NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s not WORTH the money they charge!
