"Clean room & friendly staff"

"The room I booked was on the top floor and had incredible views of the Opera House. All the views and the staff at this location could not be beat, but the first room I was given had an incredibly strong ammonia like odor. I know pets are not allowed on the property, but that was the only thing I could compare the smell to. The staff were wonderful and able to switch me into a different room. I feel like this room also had a bit of a musky smell, but overall it was clean and still offered great views of the harbor. The location on this hotel could not be beat! There is a wonderful little restaurant just steps from the front door as well as a small museum detailing the history of the area. If you were looking for a safe and convenient location with great views and an unbeatable rooftop pool, this is the place to be. I’m normally not very sensitive to smells, but I did feel like that was something the rooms could improve on. I may have just had poor luck with the first room smelling so badly, as the second only had a minor mustiness to it. Other than that, I would have given this hotel of Five Star review as the staff were wonderful, and the location was perfect!"

"Breakfast was wonderful! So much to choose from. Staff was the best and went out of their way with helping with luggage to getting into the uber! Very friendly staff "

"Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge. Have stayed there several times before and the offering in the club lounge appears to have declined. First night they ran out of wine glasses and options were limited. Also on checkout the foyer was filled with bags as they do not appear to have a separate baggage room so navigating around bags. If staying the rooms and staff are good but I do not recommend the club option"
