「The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness.」

「Very nice clean property while staying at Heraklion, staff was always very helpful especially with parking, great location close to port and not too far from airport. Property was conveniently located near lots of places to eat and walking distance to ocean to watch amazing sunsets.」

「Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. 「Wow! Stay here!!!! Everything was incredible. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was truly delicious and so many options. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant on site, just make sure to book first thing as they require an advance reservation for the restaurants that are not the buffet. Also the buffet was great too! No bad choice here!」

「A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. We loved having a private ground floor patio with its own lemon tree! There were some wifi issues during our stay, but not specific to the hotel.
