"We checked in late around 9:30 after a long trip. There was blood stains on our bedding and hair in the shower. After asking for a new blanket or room we were told it was not possible unless manager was present. The receptionist reluctantly gave us a blanket from an empty room after we suggested that option. There was excessive noise inside the hotel that made it difficult to sleep. We were woken by a very loud cleaning crew in the room next to ours at 8:30 am. We were still trying to sleep after all the noise the night before. They were just banging the vacuum against the wall and talking loudly. The morning receptionist the next day was very friendly and the free breakfast was nice. The lounge room next to reception was nice too. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. Unless it was free, I would not stay there again."
