Comfortable loft just one block from Sundance Square. This one bedroom apartment is furnished with a king bed and a couch. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Fort Worth! The well equipped kitchen has what you need to prepare meals but why cook when you'll be surrounded by great restaurants.

Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide a smart TV with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! Sorry but parties and pets are not allowed.

A unique loft experience in the best location!

We had such a fun stay here! The loft has everything you need and the kitchen is well-stocked. The bed is also one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. And you can’t beat the location. We’ll stay here again!

A most pleasant stay. Great location, very responsive host! The property had everything we could possibly need. One suggestion: a grab bar in the shower/tub enclosure for those of us slightly unsteady on our feet.

What a cute little loft experience.This place was clean and comfy super close to restaurants, bars and all the downtown fort worth places that we wanted to go to. Loved it!

Very nice, comfortable loft apartment in interesting historic building. Very easy to walk to multiple dining options and to an event at the Convention Center. Much more economical than staying at local hotels!

Wedding Weekend

The loft was so cute, we loved it! It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location downtown, walking distance to everything we needed. It was quiet in the building and security was good. We would definitely recommend this lift for anyone visiting Fort Worth.

Perfect for the convention center.

The property is great. It’s a large split level with a very comfy bed and clean bathroom on the upper half. Kitchen had everything I needed but never used it because there was so many great restaurants close by.

Staycation in Ft Worth near Sundance Square.

Well kept 1 bedroom lofted apartment within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, Sundance Square, shops and more. Property was clean, had all the amenities we needed and as described. Building was quiet. Scot was responsive. Parking can be a challenge. Some street options but be careful of the nearby parking lot/structures as some will charge for a 2nd day starting at 3am which we learned the hard way when we only parked for 15 hours. Perfect place for a couples getaway. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent VRBO!

The most enjoyable VRBO I have stayed at in 3 yrs. Warm and inviting. Immaculately taken care of, great kitchen tool and supplies. Excellent coffee, towels, and bedding.temperature was excellent, despite the horrible heat wave outside. Parking was very close and a very short walk to the room. We will definitely be back and will mention to friend and family! Super easy check out!!

Trade show

We stayed here for a Trade show at the Fort Worth convention center.Perfect location it was only a 2min walk!! Loft was well insulated and did not hear the traffic or people down town.Loft was laid out great and plenty of room for 2 people. It was nice that the pantry was stocked with coffee and treats.Nice to have on the first night not to have to shop.The key pads are a little wonky but once you get them there fine.The only negative is the parking

The BEST downtown Fort Worth stay!

This property is just wonderful and sets the bar high for any other vacation rental we have experienced. Scot is the BEST host with great communication. He makes you feel welcome and has thought about all of the little things you might need. The space is very clean and nice. Bedding and towels are so comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The building has great character as well. We will request to stay here any time we are in the area! If I could give more than 5 stars, I sure would!

Great location and clean property

The Kress building was easy to find; at first we had a small issue trying to open the door, but we figured it out (old building - just have to be patient on the electric keypad). This is a cool old building that is clean and very well-maintained. It was very quiet, and the apartment was exactly as promised. The apartment was also clean, well-maintained and very nice. The property manager was very responsive when I had questions. It is in the Sundance Square neighborhood, within walking distance of tons of restaurants, the convention center, bars, etc. There is also a CVS right around the corner in case you forget toothpaste (as I did...haha) 10/10 would stay here again!

Great Staycation

We had a wonderful time staying locally for a birthday celebration. Great space, inside the downtown area for ease of access, and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Definitely recommend!!
