Newly renovated with you in mind! It's less than 4 minutes from Parkview Field, Headwaters Park, The Grand Wayne Center, The Landing, Fort Wayne Outfitters (kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals) and Promenade Park that has food trucks galore and live music every Wednesday. This property is set up for all your needs while you stay with a fully furnished house including all kitchen supplies down to the spices. We truly want this to be your home away from home while you're here.

This property is a duplex and you will be staying in the lower unit of the two. This unit has access to the backyard and back porch, and we ask you to let the upstairs guests use the front porch since they won't have access to the backyard, but if you'd like to make new friends, by all means go say hello and sit out on the wrap around porch out front with them! This property has front door access that faces the street if you'd like to park there. Or there is parking in the alley and another door facing the backyard that you can use as well.

Our apartment features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!

The property is in a historic neighborhood of Fort Wayne, with quite the eye catching little mansion across the street (it's bright yellow, you can't miss it!). The whole downtown area is getting revitalized to be the pride and joy of the Fort Wayne area. We've loved seeing the area grow and new businesses flourish!

There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Otherwise, VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to! Uber/Lyft are also great options as well!
