Welcome to your coastal getaway! Island Princess #100 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo with a ground floor balcony facing the Gulf. Comfortably sleeps up to 11. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and modern amenities—perfect for relaxing after a day on the sand.

Step outside and you’re just moments from the beach, with resort amenities like a heated pool, fitness center, and covered parking. Whether you’re sipping coffee with ocean views or planning a sunset stroll, this is where vacation dreams come true.

The kitchen and living rooms are bright, open spaces for everyone to gather! The all-white kitchen provides ample space for cooking up the catch of the day or for snacking during the day. Since this ground-floor condo has easy access to the beach, snacking is an easy feat! Enjoy stylish wood-look tile and LVP flooring throughout—perfect for easy cleanup and a worry-free stay!

The master bedroom features a king bed, and so does the first guest bedroom! The second guest bedroom sleeps 5 with a full set of bunks and a twin trundle. In the living room the couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa suitable for extra guests. Spacious at 1347 square feet!

HANDICAP BEACH ACCESS: Beach access #3 on the west side of Island Princess has a ramp to access the beach if wheelchair access is needed.

Beautiful beach location with minor issues

Our family of 6 people had a great time at the beach & pool. Lots of families and children to play with. One sad thing is that we were surrounded with people smoking weed on their balconies from morning to evening. I had to keep our sliding door closed for the most part. We also noticed small bug in the kitchen and boys bedroom. Overall pleasant space, nothing fancy with awesome ocean breeze and relaxation, just what we needed!
