The Master Suite (sleeps 2) features a king-size bed and a full private bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities. The second bedroom (sleeps 2) features a king bed, and the third bedroom (sleeps 2) has bunk beds. There is also a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room. The second full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
