Check in was long. Reservation was made last minute due to other hotel cancelling our reservation, resulting in new reservation not showing up in their system. Room was clean but the state of the room was old. The toilet didn't flush a few times. The bathtub handle was loose to the point of falling off. They claimed 24/7 service but that did not happen. Front desk is closed through the night with signs apologizing and that they would open at 8 AM. They did not open at 8. Closer to 8:45 when someone showed up. They did come to fix the bathtub handle, the toilet was still intermittent on working. Plus: cheap and very close to the beach. Our pool was clean and heated. Stayed in the Palms (Seaside section).
