  • Welcome to my 2 bedroom single-family home located in the sought-after community Lauderdale by the sea!

    1 garage and 3 free driveway parking spots

    This home is located just 6 mins to Coral Ridge Country Club, 8 mins to El Prado Park, 15 mins to Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, and 19 mins to Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport. Close to US1 & I95, boasting beaches (1 mile), great schools, restaurants, and shops less than 5 minutes away.

    Note: The person making the reservation must be 23 years old or older.

    With such a great location you're truly in the heart of it all! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!

    The cozy living room is perfect for relaxation and there's a kitchen and dining area that are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

    Catch up on your favorite movies and shows on our 55" Smart TVs in the living room and 32" TV in one of the bedrooms.

    The master bedroom has a full-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There's also a sofa bed in the den area.

    Comfortably equipped with full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone. The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet.

    Enjoy your morning coffee and tea on the outdoor patio with seating!

    High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps is all provided during your stay!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood

Check in was a little rough but the use of the screened in porch and addition/den in the back were used a great deal of the time. The entire house was clean and in good working order. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our 10 day stay and would definitely stay again.
