Newly remodeled with a designer-like interior presenting contemporary furnishings and elevated décor, you’ll never be more delighted to take a break from the heat as you rejuvenate in open spaces illuminated in an abundance of natural light. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. The cocktail creator among you will find the dry bar well equipped for the task, with dedicated refrigerators for chilling all your needed ingredients. • Non-Smoking property. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs, up to $1500 total. This is strictly enforced via in-house monitors.
• Maximum occupants allowed is 8. No parties or events.
• Maximum cars allowed is 4. Do not park on the street as you will be ticketed or towed.
• Quiet hours after 9pm. Strictly enforced via in-house noise monitors (these monitors do not record, only track decibel level). You may be asked to leave with no refund if Quiet hours are not respected. This is strictly controlled by the City.
