Arrived and had problem getting in but host was able to help. Once inside it was not properly cleaned. Hair in the shower and on bed sheets as well as stains on linen. My son mentioned his bed smelled even after we complained about cleaning. Microwave was not cleaned and previous visitor had left trash with no bag. Doesn’t appear cleaning crew cleaned after previous visitor. Besides the cleanliness problems there was also structure problems. Main bedroom had no attached bathroom which most places have. That bathroom has no ventilation other than opening a window which has no privacy glass so outside can look in. There is a fence, but if a peeping tom wanted they could stare straight in. There was also a pair of boxers left hanging and used towels in the bathroom upon arriving. The ventilation in the bedrooms was ridiculous as all vents were closed off and you only had bedroom ceiling fans for Florida heat weather. I inspected one vent in the master and found another closed vent inside. This appears to be a rushed renovation or flip. Found previous leftovers with food in fridge as well as condom wrappers in backyard. Previous users also left cigarette packaging and condom boxes in area with board games. Also 2nd bathroom had a tub option but could not use because plastic stopper had been removed from mechanism. Was not an acceptable stay and will not return next year. They did offer to clean after complaint but should have been completed before stay.
