Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

Bad management

Bad: - very very slow elevators - inside of apartment was not clean (I have photos) - pool is always packed, no seats and no towels - bedroom tv was not working. We called them and no one bothered to come fix it. - vallet parking texting option does not work. It always says that they are too busy, including if at 4:30 am when I checked out. - no restaurant at promises - 6th floor bar is very expensive. - location is not on the beach, you have walk for 5 minutes and the area reserved for the resort is very tight.
