Guest Access:
Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. You will have the entire house to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is known for its beautiful beaches, waterways, and its vibrant community. There’s also easy access to major roads and highways, including I-95 and US-1, facilitating convenient travel to nearby cities like Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Proximity to Pompano Beach and several local parks, such as Harbor's Edge Park and Pompano Community Park, provides ample opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Getting Around:
Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility but many transportation options are also available: bus, taxis, ride-sharing like Uber and Lyft, and the Brightline and Tri-Rail trains.
Other Things to Note:
- Must be 21 years old to book
- Pool is heated by a Solar System. It may take longer than usual to heat to a desired temperature depending on the outside temperature. This does not guarantee the pool will be extremely warm and the temperature will fluctuate
- Pets are allowed (subject to owner approval + pet fee)
- No smoking is permitted
- Parties are prohibited
- Please don’t flush anything that might clog the toilet
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- No illegal substances allowed
- Lost keys incur replacement fees
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Please clean the grill after each use
- Maximum occupancy is 6
- Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
