気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Most deceptive, disgusting stay ever. Shower has mold. Bed frame was broken. paint peeling everywhere. Pool in the complex is condemned by the health department! All communications with the host was in spanish, which my profile shows I do not speak. When we contacted them about the bed they did not know when they would get it fixed. It needs replaced not fixed. We left after one night and they refused to refund money for the other two nights even after Vrbo contacted them and told them we should get a refund. Do not stay at any RLT rentals in the Hollywood area. Very disappointmented with Vrbo for not having my back and only offering a credit.
