Extremely disappointed experience
Dear VRBO Representative and Host,
This is to advise we were extremely disappointed in that what was represented as a six-bedroom, three-bath house was actually a two-bedroom, 1.5 bath house, with two separate efficiencies in the rear.
It was obvious that the courtyard area has not been maintained, the pool was dirty/black algae, and not useable.
There were roaches, the bath mats were soiled, the furniture was shabby/soiled, and the overall condition of the property was less than what we have experienced with our prior VRBO rentals.
The advertised pictures do not reflect what we encountered or what is listed on the official property appraiser’s report.
Due to the unpleasant living conditions we decided to do an early departure
