The house was perfect for our group of family and friends. Brampton Park was very accommodating, even providing sheets for the pack n play! They also brought our groceries inside for us and put them in the fridge (we briefly thought they were missing, haha)! The heated pool was perfect for a chillier-than-expected week. They were also able to allow us to have an early check in and a late check out when flights were delayed/canceled on our last day. Would gladly recommend and stay again.

The location is perfect — quick access to the beach plus nearby groceries and restaurants. The house itself is in good condition and mostly matched the VRBO photos. Inside, there’s plenty of space: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living/dining area.The main issue was cleanliness. We found personal items left in and under the couch, and several areas were not well cleaned. While these were small things, they still affected the experience.The biggest disappointment was the outdoor area, which didn’t match the listing photos. The pool was dirty with no cleaning equipment provided, and the pool chairs were so filthy they couldn’t be used. The outdoor fireplace was out of service and dirty, the ping-pong table had paint blisters making it unusable, and the kids’ playground was in poor condition. We reported the issues, but the host chose not to address them.Overall: Interior — good and spacious; Amenities — present but poorly maintained; Host responsiveness — needs improvement. My final rating: B-.

Great two week stay

The property is perfectly located for walks around the neighborhood, walk to Publix and Whole Foods, close to RT 1 but not so close you hear the traffic. Lovely neighborhood, great pool, two very large master bedrooms along w two more normal sized bedrooms. Check in and communication easy, the team was quick to respond to any texts. The kitchen had every item a kitchen should have. Would definitely recommend the house and the team managing the house.

Perfect house

This is our absolute favorite house in Pompano/lauderdale area. We have stayed here a couple times and HIGHLY recommend it . The communication with the property manager is as customer service should be . It is perfectly appointed , the pool/backyard area is great. The fire pit puts it over the top .

Amazing house with beautiful backyard.

The house is absolutely beautiful. We were 2 families sharing the house on our vacation. The house is very spacious with 2 master suites with king size beds and 2 additional bedrooms. Beautiful backyard with heated pool. Very responsive host. We were provided with beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels and extra blankets. The house was fully stucked with paper products, detergent, soap. Will definitely come back.

Great house. Very spacious and clean. Very open and stocked kitchen. Large open lot. Great pool and outdoor hang out area. Ping Pong table and fire pit unique additions. Very nice area to walk in. Close to everything. Very responsive management company.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and a great location. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The host was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok.

Amazing home, excellent location

The home was perfect, it provided all the amenities we needed. The background was beautiful and spacious. The pool, ping pong tables and sitting areas were all exactly wanted we needed to make this a great family vacation If you enjoy going for walks the area is full of beautiful homes and unbelievable trees. The beach’ is only a 10 min drive away. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We will return again.

15th Anniversary Vacation

This property looked even better in person than the pictures. Paul and his team made our entire stay very easy and awesome!!! The property was very clean and they provided all we needed to maintain the cleanliness and enjoy our vacation with no worries. We had never stayed in this area before, but absolutely loved this property, the neighborhood and nearby restaurants. We have been coming to Florida annually for years and this property management group was the best by far! They stayed in constant communication with us. They impressed us all so much that we are looking to rent other properties managed by them.

Dream House!!!

Where to begin... this was by far the best rental house I have ever stayed in. I am an avid Air BnBer but decided to try VRBO this time and I am so happy I did! This home is beyond stunning and is even better than the pictures depict. My friends and I stayed here for 8 days and had the time of our lives!! The amenities are modern and plentiful - washer, dryer, iron, coffee maker, espresso machine, towels, badminton, ping pong, books, board games - you name it! Words simply cannot express the beauty of this home. The backyard is well manicured with gorgeous palm trees and plants and has a splendid salt water pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and a gorgeous fire pit which is perfect for relaxing evenings in. We will definitely be staying here again very soon!! Five star home!!!!!

getaway in paradise
