"Beautiful property located in central Fort Lauderdale"

"Kitchen was the only good thing about this property. Pictures are misleading. Found out two days into our stay by a flyer posted by the Florida health department that the pool was closed due to the fact it may endanger the health or welfare of persons entering the pool. They left a number and we called and found out their pool permit had been expired for three months and there were absolutely no chemicals in the pool!! Would not recommend."

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"Walls were dirty, cracked floors, walls and furniture. Cockroach ran out the bathroom, scared us! Staff cleaning lady did not speak English so I could not communicate with her, she left a can of bug spray in the kitchen when she used her phone app to translate."

"Overall the inside of the house is clean. Place was not hotel. It’s house with eight rooms one full kitchen and 1/2 and two full baths. The facilities is not designed to house multiple occupants. The showers would run out hot water, our room ac unit was not insulated correctly so it all type bugs in our room. I didn’t feel safe in at that location due to lack of staff and security offered. I would have left the first night if the money would have been refundable policy. But also the maintenance for the place can use some up grading other than that the was okay I would give this place 2 stars."
