"I’m 75 years old and I’ve been using Expedia for years. I’ve been staying at roadside hotels for even longer. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more difficult check-in experience. I stood at at the counter for 45 minutes trying to get a room. I was told my reservation didn’t come through so I went on to Expedia and secured a reservation.
