「Great ocean view」

「The room was ok. They were actively remodeling rooms so are trying to improve the property. They do put a $100-$150 hold on your card for incidentals, which I was not aware of when booking, they message you the day before your stay. At arrival the office door was locked, had to call and wait for someone to come help you. Same if you need anyone from the office again, you call and they come. 「Parking was right at the door! Room was very clean. Towels were white, not dingy. Looked to be new towels. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable although the metal frame creaked, (not all rooms have the metal frame bed). Would definitely stay here again. 」
