For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Excellent location and modern clean vibe. There is no pool. Parking was a problem having to move my car multiple times per day. Needless to say we are renting again next year.
