"Owner canceled our reservation through Vrbo day of, but said they would still allow us to stay if we paid them cash, which we didn’t have on us. When this was reported to Verbo they reported that the cancelation was due to unforeseen damages. It was a total scam. While Verbo was able to give us a voucher, and we were eventually able to find another place to stay, it took time and effort away from our vacation we had planned months in advance.AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS HOST AT ALL COST. "We had a room right near a street light that blared directly into our room so we had to keep the shutters closed. That made the room extremely stuffy and hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on but couldn’t and were told it was “locked.” The hotel was nice and clean but it was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. "

"A shout out to the front desk staff, he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the lovely village . Great cafes and restaurants . The breakfast selection was good . The only you should be aware of if the road closes from cortina to san Vito at 8:00 PM, the front desk made us aware of that , but we missed the deadline, so we had to do 1hour and half detour to get back to the village . We were 4 km away only . "
