Clean hotel and room even though it was a little crowded. Neighborhood looks a little dicy, but did not feel unsafe. Steps leading up to door are *very* steep, as are stairs leading to basement room(s). Nice to have code for late check-in. Staffing hours are a little weird, but the person I talked to when they were open was very friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Wonderful hotel and very near to the art museums. Food is nearby as well. The staff was so nice and helpful. We went in September which was a combination of rain and sun.

"The room had stains all over the carpet. Couldn't have any fresh air as door opened on a "promenade". Hotel was on the beach. Our view was a building site. Breakfast was disgusting. Flies in orange juice, milk had cuddled. Eggs, bacon & mushrooms horrible. My Son couldn't eat it."
