"Hi Jim!We really did enjoy the house! It worked well for our family for sure. Lots of space, the kitchen is great, the downstairs fun and the family room cozy.A couple things:The faucet in the bathtub in the main floor bathroomhad a bit of a problem. Upon turning the water on, the whole thing almost like fell off, and pulled away from the wall. We only used that tub once.The french door out to the deck does not seem to lock. The dead bolt does not engage properly.The door to the main floor primary suite does not shut tightly. The door latch does not match into the door frame opening.We could have used an extra set of towels. It was fine though cuz we borrowed from the hot tub towels!Consider dish towels in the kitchen.Thanks for everything! "We face a driveway that was all snow and ice. My niece got stuck. We called AAA and Del Mar but they were going to take an hr. My niece got herself free by using table salt under her tires. Someone finally came to put down rock salt/sand on the driveway. It was a nightmare but we finally got settled into the house. The place was beautiful. And absolutely clean. No hot water for showers. Therefore my brother was the only one to attempt it. Otherwise this was a great place. My husband, brother and I enjoyed our stay even though it was a sad occasion. My mom's funeral was Tues in Harwich. I would highly recommend this house to others in warm weather. "

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!"
