Such a great area and stay. Breakfast was great. Less than a two minute walk to the beach and sub 20 minute drive to some great restaurants. We will be returning :)

Very nice B&B. Very close to the beach. Rooms are excellent. Most appear to have balconies. There are compact refrigerators on each level (not in rooms) for use by guests. Also a small microwave oven. There was construction next door while we were there but it was not a problem. It will be a brand new park next year and should make your stay even better. The breakfast room is very nice with plenty of windows and seating. The breakfasts are ‘chef’s choice’ for that morning. We were there for 3 days and one day we had pancakes, another eggs and third morning french toast. We would happily stay there again.

This property was just ok. It was clean and cozy, however for the price I was expecting more. The bed was very loud and there are some upgrades that would be beneficial. The breakfast was good, however I was told that the place didn't have any beach chairs, even though they were advertised.

We loved our time there. The staff was great and very helpful, and answered all our questions. The room was very clean, a bit on the small side, but there are other rooms more specious, accommodating bigger families. The beach was sooo close and it was wonderful. The breakfast was very good too. There was no fridge or microwave in the room but there was one on the floor, which was perfect for our needs. Overall a great experience.

Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay.

Very nice, cute house. We had a small balcony which was nice to sit outside. Breakfast was freshly made an delicious. The location is very good to reach different spots around cape cod! Perfect stay. Definitely recommend!

This was a nice property. We were pretty much on our own and never saw a staff member until the second morning, when we went next door for breakfast. The stairs to our third-floor room were a bit of a challenge for senior citizens dragging suitcases. We wished there would have been a second chair in the room for watching TV. But, overall, a nice, quiet stay.
