Spacious 60m² apartment, rated 1 star, with a south-facing aspect and views of the Aiguilles d’Arves.

The apartment includes a fully equipped, separate kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom separate from the toilet, and a south/west-facing balcony (shared with the neighboring apartment). The apartment is equipped with electric shutters.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Résidence La Lauzière, which comprises five rental apartments of varying sizes (sleeping 5 to 10 people). Situated at the entrance to the resort (right bank). 200m from the Soleil chairlift, sports shop, and restaurant. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible 100 meters from the chalet via a blue run, and at the foot of the apartment for experienced skiers. Private parking is available at the foot of the residence. Lockable ski lockers and heated boot room are located on the ground floor (shared by the residence). Near number 474 on the resort map.

- KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, 4-burner gas hob, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, etc.

- LIVING ROOM: 2 fixed sofas, flat-screen TV, table + 6 chairs.

- BEDROOM 1: 2 single beds (80cm), 1 double bed (140cm)
- BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 wardrobes.

- BATHROOM: Shower and sink
- Separate WC

Flooring: Laminate parquet. Electric heating. Wi-Fi included.

Shared washer and dryer located on the ground floor.
Duvets and blankets are provided.

Bed linen/towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

By booking this accommodation, you will benefit from discounts depending on the time of year (ski lifts, ski school, ski equipment).

- Optional end-of-stay cleaning package: between €67 and €420 depending on the size of the accommodation.

- Bed linen kit: €17 per person.

Residence La Lauzière (no elevator). Located at the entrance to the station (right bank), quiet. 400m from the Soleil chairlift, sports store and restaurant and 10 minutes walk from the resort center. Private parking at the foot of the residence. Ski and boot storage on the ground floor.
A free shuttle is taken 200m from the residence. Close to No. 474 on the resort map.
