We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and we’ve learned that the staff who greet you upon arrival can make such a lasting first impression.
Our receptionist, Jonathan, was exceptional! He warmly welcomed us, gave us helpful tips on navigating Barcelona, and made sure we had everything we needed. We were even able to check into our room early, which was such a nice touch after traveling.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb! Overall, a wonderful stay made even more special by the excellent service.

Slightly underwhelmed with the hotel. Would advise sing more on par with a low 3 star hotel not the 4 advertised. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was sufficient and frequent. Biggest disappointment was the standard of room. Very small narrow room, small tv with only one English Channel (Sky News). Bathroom not the greatest and low pressure hot water. Air con worked but often blew in cigarette smoke so had to keep turned off. Very noisy rooms with paper thin walls. Regularly woken up in the early hours to roudy drunken guests.
On the whole adequate if visiting the city and not planning on spending any time in the hotel other than sleeping. Great location wise but if like us you want a siesta or some down time in the room, this hotel is not really for you. To reiterate, staff really friendly and the highlight of the stay.

"The room is spacious. The mattress of the sofa bed is thin. The restaurant in the hotel has good food at above-average price. The hotel is not very close to other restaurants and the bus stops. Overall it's good if you want to be closer to the airport."

"We arrived at 3 am after a delayed flight and booked a late checkout. The room was basic, clean and served our needs. It was a good last minute booking, close to the airport and close to where we needed to be the next day. Staff were friendly and very helpful after an extra long travel day."
