"When checking in the lady at front desk couldn’t find find my reservation she didn’t know how much my card was going to be charged I got my key went to my room and the door wouldn’t open! I was handed another set of cards for the room across the hallway and told to wait there my door would be fixed it took an hour! The room they put me in to wait smelled like animal and sweaty blankets! Finally got in my room the next morning I wasn’t given clean towls after asking for them! "

"Remodeling was a crap job. Building stunk of pet odors and weed. Only nice thing was the shower. Only needed a place to sleep but that was a bad experience also. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. "

Check-in was not ideal it was not in person and on a screen with someone I could not understand. I was very disappointed with my stay and the lack of a front desk person. Would not recommend at all."
