This renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath unit is above/behind the one-and-only Bert's Market...and is only 1 block from the beach and 1 block from Center Street!

Pets welcome with a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Our unit features heart pine flooring throughout, a Sony 5.1 Digital Surround Sound Theater with a 60" Sony Bravia TV in the living room and a 42" Sony Bravia TV in the bedroom with bunks, HD DirectTV, Wi-Fi, new appliances, tons of natural light, and an eclectic mix of comfortable designer furniture and decor.

The layout is extremely spacious, with the living room, dining area and kitchen area all connecting together without walls. There is a large porch out front, and a small one out back, from which you can see the ocean. A great place to find some solitude.

The unit is located right behind Bert's Market, which is the local 24 hour grocery store and deli so if you arrive and find you are missing something, odds are Bert's will have it, and you are only footsteps away. (We can also arrange to have your unit PRESTOCKED with groceries. Just mention it.) You are also only one block from Center St., the heart of Folly Beach's commercial district, with a great variety of shopping and delicious food.

In addition to the unit, guest are welcome to enjoy the communal outdoor kitchen, grill, outdoor fireplace and out door tv with cafe lights.

We are locals, and we are available to address any needs or issues during your stay.

Folly is an eclectic barrier island to Historic Charleston. Artist, musicians, surfers and regular folk abound. Folly takes pride in welcoming people from all walks of life.

The unit is centrally located, only one block from Center St, where the shops and restaurants are and right behind Bert's. So if you want to just walk to everything you can or you can rent a golf cart of beach cruiser to explore the rest of the island. Uber, your car or a rental can be used to visit Charleston or Johns Island.

We rented this house for a long Memorial Day weekend/wedding in the area and it was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping on the island. Above all, the was immaculate with a lot of modern updates and amenities. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Folly Beach.

The space was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway! We didn't want to book a hotel, and we wouldn't spend enough time in a beach house to really appreciate it. You can't beat the location! The property was incredibly nice & clean.

This was our second stay at your place in Folly beach. The location is absolutely perfect. We love Chico Feo, Bert's and being able to walk everywhere. The decor is lovely and the beds are especially comfy. Thank you for another great stay- look for us to return next April!

We booked late and were very pleased with the communication and flexibility of the owner, Omar. The place had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs and beach toys. Noise wasn’t an issue and proximity to Berts grocery (free coffee!) and the taco place next door ($25 feeds a family of 5 with live music too). We loved our stay.

We absolutely loved this place. Great location, so close to the beach. Loved the cute store below, with quick sandwich or dinner fixings. Loved eating dinner on the porch. And the place was very quiet considering. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing week. The apartment was conveniently located near the town center and beach. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and contained everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it.

This rental exceeded our expectations! The location is ideal (less than 100 yards from the beach) and the owners were incredibly nice and outgoing. My wife and I are hoping to make this our annual refuge each Spring. It is also perfect for those who have young kids with the beach so close and lots of toys and other necessities (ie. pack n play) readily available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL!

If you look at the pictures you would say, ok this place will do, BUT from the minute you get there you feel like you belong at this house. The owners are some of the nicest people who care about how you feel and your stay is. We rented both halfs and had friend come down with there children and we laughed and lived the joy of a vacation for a week. We just returned from a fabulous week on Folly Beach in this condo. Extremely kid friendly, It was actually cuter than it appeared in the photos with tons of character compared to most rentals. My only complaint is that we arrived on a graduation Saturday and were initially a bit put off by the tons of drunken college kids milling about. Thankfully, that crowd was gone by Sunday and the rest of our stay was great. Most days we had the beach practically to ourselves!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location minutes to town, a few hundred yards to the beach. Great place for relaxing inside (fun decor! Blu-Ray/Surround sound/Wi-Fi) and outside with a great covered porch and back deck you can even see the ocean! We loved our stay and will recommend to all our friends. Adult and Kid friendly amenities combined to make this a wonderful beach retreat. Washer/Dryer and Beach towels that are provided help make packing for your getaway even easier! Great owners with personal service add to your rental experience. Thank you! Look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is even nicer than the beautiful photos. Clean and so much space. Convenient to everything. It was nice to walk downstairs in the morning for a free cup of coffee at Bert's before heading out for breakfast. The beach a block away was wonderful. Omar and Julia were kind enough to offer to mail us our granddaughter's iPad that we left behind. Definitely honest and thoughtful hosts. Do not hesitate to book this one!

The morning we left, we read about people getting scammed on Craigslist with this property, so I began to panic! I called Omar immediately and he got back to me and reassured that this was the correct property and to let him know if we needed anything. He stayed on the phone with me until we got into the property. The unit is decorated absolutely adorable and it was perfect for a girls trip to the beach! It really is within walking distance (I'm talking 5 minutes or less, depending on your walking pace) to all of the restaurants in Folly Beach and a very quick walk to the beach. It is in the absolute perfect location. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here!

The pictures of this place look good but it's even better in person. This was the second time I stayed at this property and I'll be back again later this year. I loved the layout with the living room/dining room at the hub of the unit and the decor is eclectic and fun. The owners have thought of everything - new appliances, colorful toys, sweet treats, comfy beds and even beach towels. The owners are prompt, friendly and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends and relatives. As a matter of fact, I talked it up so much at work that my co-workers and I will be back for another visit later in the season! Whether you want to be close to everything fun or you enjoy relaxing and people watching - this condo will fit the bill. Just book it :)

I don't know where on the island you can stay with a better location! one block from the ocean, the downtown area, and everyone morning we could walk downstairs to the coolest gourmet grocery around.....Berts! My kids 13 and 9 love the fact they they could walk downstairs and choose their breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and shakes without the "adults".......Renting the golf cart was also a great idea because each morning we'd wake up and explore...... The unit is exactly like the photos, and even larger than we expected......beautifully decorated, amazing use of space and it didn't feel like a rental....it felt more like a home....especially with the attention to detail! We loved it so much that we rented it again before we left and hope to have friends rent the unit beside us that is equally as beautiful!!! Thank you for a great stay beyond our expectations!
