The views were amazing; I usually don’t bird watc but I really enjoyed seeing the birds first thing in the morning The only downfall is the Garage( very difficult to get out if you have a larger car

Family re-charge

Staff were great and the rental was awesome. Great view, great accommodations. Conveniently located to everything, restaurants and beach were all in walking distance. The view from the balcony was breath taking.

Perfect stay on Folly Beach

We loved our stay at Water’s Edge. The home is clean and comfy and decorated very nicely. It had everything we needed (be sure to rent the golf cart - such a nice way to go to and from the beach and to explore the island). The location was perfect - walkable to all the shops and restaurants as well as to the beach. The views of the river from the decks were so peaceful. The pool and docks were lovely amenities. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The communication about booking and check in was prompt and clear. Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and beach! Great view from Porch, spent most of time at the house on porch! Very stocked kitchen! Know that the stairs from garage and upstairs are steep, so wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Great overall stay.

Folly trip

Location was good. Internet was spotty making it difficult to do some work. Comcast was out at least two days. Jacuzzi tub in master tapes to the wall, not in usable condition and nothing mentioned in listing. Reported it and no one came to look at it. Holes tapped on the screened porch, chipped dishes and many were dirty in the cupboard.

Labor Day Getaway

Our family was looking to combine a visit with another family member in MUSC with a little weekend getaway. The commute to the hospital was only about 20 minutes so it was easy enough to make the trips over the 3 day stay. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and the locals were very friendly.

Wonderful Everything!

Great communication text messages checking in to see how everything was. Everything is clearly laid out. The location is amazing, views from the whole entire family room, and kitchen. Master bedroom views are incredible! Carolina one was extremely accommodating, gave us a roasting pan for our turkey for Thanksgiving! extra potholders. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and lots of games too! Would definitely rent this townhome again!

124 Waters Edge

House was beautifully decorated and kitchen well-appointed. Loved the pool and dock but lot of noise being so close to it. Did not bother me but did one couple with us staying in the front bedroom. Did not understand the no grilling when most other houses were grilling this week. Also unclear of the no driving the golf cart at night, when other folks were driving. Loved Folly Beach - restaurants were great and beach was beautiful!

Wonderful!

It was perfect for all 3 generations. The main floor was great to have everything on one level for those who don’t do stairs so well. The screen porch was amazing! We enjoyed watching the boats, the kayaks, and people fishing every day. The kitchen was very well stocked but the Lost Dog and Rita’s were delicious if you did not want to cook. The location was very convenient to town and the beach. Renting the golf cart was convenient specially if you drive a large SUV. The garage can be a little tricky backing out. Just take your time. We enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend!

Great spot!

We had a relaxing stay at this property and really enjoyed folly beach which we’ve never visited before. The views from the property are beautiful all day long, and it’s proximity to the quiet pool and dock were so convenient. We walked everywhere on the island. The beach is about 10 mins away, and all the restaurants are just a few blocks away. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet which the property managers quickly resolved with no impact on our day or plans. Highly recommend this property!

Great Location and Lovely Place

Great place on the water (inter coastal side). Clean, everything worked, two porches, beautiful views and sunsets. Lots of steps/stairs - if that’s a consideration. Garage parking. Easy walk to the Folly stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The property was conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and anything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio in the mornings with a cup of coffee and in the afternoons to watch the sunset.

First time in Folly Beach

The condo had everything we were looking for: Spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room, great view and a very easy walk to town and the beach. I highly recommend it. I will give a word of caution to anyone driving an SUV and parking in the garage. Getting in is easy. Backing out is a challenge because of the proximity to the stairs and the other condo. Be careful and patient.

Spacious + Great location

Located within walking distance of the beach and all local restaurants, our stay, while short, was sweet. The townhouse is laid out well with ample space for our family of four which includes two full-grown teens. Each had their own room and bathroom. The views from the porch and the balcony off of the master bedroom made those first few sips of coffee that much more enjoyable each morning.

Great views; bright and refreshing townhome

We had a very enjoyable stay. Parking and check in were easy. Kitchen well stocked and loved the views of the water from so many windows. Pool is convenient right next door, but can also be a little loud in overhearing conversations. Overall, great pick for our family getaway.

Home with a River View

The house has 3 levels. The garage is on the first level, 1 bedroom and kitchen and living room on 2nd floor and master bedroom and 3rd bedroom on top floor. Patio and balcony on each floor over looking the river. We discovered a nice swing of the boat dock. Access the dock through the pool areas with the key that is attached to the garage door opener. Fully stocked kitchen so you don’t need to bring anything if preparing food in the home. Central air was beneficial. About 30 minute drive to Charleston, as well as the plantations in the area. Definitely would rent this place again when bacj in the area.
