"Great Location, Room was not very clean, floor was very dirty, we had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies to clean it. The air condtioner made weird noises and there was no ventalation in the bathroom so after showers everything was soaking wet. The elevator could take up to 5 mins to get to our floor. The lobby and Pinkys was very nice and the spot on the beach and views were great. "

"Mermaid’s Folly was so clean when we arrived! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. All the appliances we used worked well, and the house was in a nice neighborhood. Being within walking distance to the beach was an added bonus my family was so excited about. Very happy with our stay!"

"House is small but nicely decorated and well appointed. Everything is clean and in good condition, no pet smells, appliances worked fine, kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Steps to the beach and a short walk to town. Wonderful front porch, extra parking in back. Host and property manager very responsive and accommodating. "

"Hi!Your link doesn't work.Just a few things that you might find helpful.Because it was dark when we got to the property, it wasn't clear how to get into our unit. We were trying to enter "Couples" with our "Seascape" key; explicit instructions would have caused a lot less anxiety.The kitchen was crawling with, what looked like, fire ants. I left a message with you that evening but didn't receive a call back. We bought ant spray, but because the activity subsided substantially, by the nextDay, we didn't use it (left it under the sink) for fear that it would wake a sleeping giant.Both bathroom doors more than drag and are quite loud when shutting (especially master) especially in the middle of the night.The main bath "hot" and "cold" is reversed; that was pretty frustrating.All that being said; the unit was decorated very tastefully, the view was spectacular, beds comfortable and we found folly beach very charming.Lastly, communication that I had via email was wonderful!
