"House is comfortable. However the bathroom off the master bedroom is pretty tiny. Low seat toilet. We had no problem during our week. Porch comfortable. Not much of an ocean view. Trees and plants have grown taller. Beach access is near. Steps up to the walkway, down at the end, a bit of a walk in the sand to get to the water."

"We rented this property as a home base for my son's wedding week in Charleston. We had family from all over the country coming to town and needed a place to gather that would accommodate a larger group at different times of the day - this house was just what we needed! Everything was as described - most importantly for me, the wheelchair accessibility! I was able to get everywhere in the house (upstairs, downstairs, outside, and to the beach). The house was cozy but big enough to fit all 12 of us, ages 5 - 55, and everyone had a place to sleep! The kids enjoyed the pool table room, outside deck, large yard, beach access, and town of Folly. I was impressed with Ross and his quick responses to all of my questions - he truly put me at ease and helped with anything we needed. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to gather their family at the beach! "
