We stayed with our whole family during the hurricane, just in case it turned towards us. Eric, the customer service rep for our area was amazingly helpful. We had questions about anything he responded immediately. Our phone calls went to a service center first and under one minute we were talking with Eric. We met the manager and the sales manager....both of whom helped us with ideas of places to eat, things to see, which beaches our family would enjoy, and activities along Gulf Shores that would fit our family. If we needed a cork screw, scissors, towels, etc.....they supplied. We made these reservations at the last minute hoping for a decent hotel. Oh my....we got so much more! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This the most beautiful and serene little spot to vacation. The cabin was perfect and just as described. Check in was easy as was communication. Felt like the ultimate “glamping” experience. The cabins are gated so it felt very safe and the lake is beautiful. We saw lots of wildlife and biked around the lake. The hotel was very pretty and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a suite with a King bed and it was perfect for our busy toddler. It was enough room for him to run around and enjoy his time without feeling cooped up. The hotel is very close to multiple wonderful dining options and a very quick walk or drive from public beach access. We also enjoyed the state park with access to biking and walking trails right next door! We will definitely be staying here during our next trip.
