"From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The secluded setting provided the perfect opportunity to unplug, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. The cabin is warm, welcoming, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We loved spending evenings around the fire, listening to the wind through the trees and watching wildlife pass by. The Benson family has created something truly special—a place where memories are made and stress simply melts away."

"The cabin was perfect for us. The views were great especially at night when you can see plenty of stars. We even had some deer come up and visit us on most days. The lodge had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was within driving distance to lots of small towns and activities that we enjoyed. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family."

"Carla is fabulous. My wife and I connected with her several times, including in advance of booking to see if the cabin was suitable for our Milky Way viewing adventure that required our setting up at at a clearing two miles from the cabin at 4 a.m. She filled us in on the lions and bear situation and details of access. We encountered a flash blizzard on the way to Florissant killing our hiking plans, so she gratuitously let us in early. The cabin was comfortable and my wife really enjoyed the contemporary pellet stove fireplace. Although it was 70 when we arrived in Denver, it was 0 at 4:30 AM when we filmed the Milky Way, so being able to fire up the stove in a few minutes after we returned at 5 AM was really blissful. We slept in the bigger bed, which was quite comfy. We made breakfast in the kitchen every morning. It felt like we were living the idyll. "
