Our check in was not good. Room was not ready at 4:00. Staff was not very helpful with estimated time we would be able to return. We did come back after 5:00pm, room still not ready. Again, staff was not very helpful or customer service oriented. Did not like the fact that my CC was charged before I even formally checked into the hotel!

It was nice that you didn’t have to leave the property to gamble, but their was nowhere to eat and the places that there was food had a long wait, no one was doing to go orders to eat in your room. The room was hot and nothing was stocked in the room. No complimentary coffee in lobby or free breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Won’t be staying there again. My advice stay in a cheap hotel cause at least you get free coffee in the morning.

Stayed one night. I have been calling the property over and over asking them to locate/look for my bracelet I left in the room. I am 100 percent sure I left my bracelet in the room. I called at about 2 pm the same day I checked out to inform them I left my bracelet in the room. Every time I call they give me the run around saying they will go look and check with house keeping and they will call me back. They have not called me back after me calling 3 times. It’s not about the money value of my bracelet it’s about the sentimental meaning of my bracelet. They are very inconsiderate. So beware of the housekeeping/employees because apparently they like to take things that don’t belong to them. Hopefully this will get to a manager and they will contact me about this issue.

Our room wasn’t ready at 5:45pm when check in time was at 4pm. We arrived and were told the room wasn’t available yet because housekeeping was behind. There was no offer for compensation or a free drink or anything. We made the point that lack of reimbursement was unacceptable. There was a long line of reservation parties waiting in the lobby for their room. It wasn’t until enough people complained that the front desk finally figured out to offer a free drink for the inconvenience. Poor form, but it improved. The room was very nice, casino clean. Parking easy and free. Other than the initial impression, the stay was good.
