「The houseboat itself was decent, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by several major issues. When we arrived, we found blood stains on the pillowcases, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Even worse, the main air conditioning was not working. It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably. We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. 「Heidi is a fantastic host! We were a family of 4 with a 12 and 15 year old and has a blast on Baycation. Heidi meet us at check-in and was always available for any questions about the area or things we needed. My son loved fishing off the boat and we really enjoyed the quiet Marina. We did the Jet Ski's with JSK right in the Marina. This was such a cool experience and one that my kids will always remember. Thanks again Heidi!」

「There is nothing like living on the water - so relaxing and peaceful. Dinghy worked out well. We saw several manatee and had a dolphin show a couple days which was awesome. What you should know - you are in a bay with THIRTY other boats surrounded by mangrove bushes so you cannot see the ocean. You cannot put toilet paper in the toilet and are to take your trash to a “public” trash can.
