Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her .

This is a most beautiful property, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. It has on site parking, within walking distance to the train station and central plazza. I'd highly recommend!

Best Choice
Very nice and homely B&B, it is only 15 mins walk from Florence city centre. Parking is also available on-site if you inform them about it, they where also so kind to let us leave the car in the private car park after we checked out as we wanted to go for some brunch in town. The rooms are clean and beautiful looking, we will definitely return as we loved it!

Amazing Service & great location
A great find - we stayed for 2 nights and the owner & property manager are so accommodating. We arrived at 9:30pm and they didn't mind at all. It was safe, clean, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I would advise letting them know about dietary requirements before you arrive, for breakfast!

We booked this B&B last minute due to certain circumstance. We were so very plaesed with the quick service, the friendliness of staff, and the property itself. What a beautiful B&B. I wish we had seen this from the very beginning. Very cozy, great secure parking, and with in walking to a few eating establishments.

Sara has done a wonderful job with her B&B - fantastic. Beautiful rooms and good area - away from downtown chaos but still close enough with the tram. She is also very knowledgeable of Florence and had a taxi waiting for me when I had to leave at 7am. Highly recommend Villino Fiorentino!

Villino Fiorentino provided us with a good location in which to base our site-seeing of Florence. Private parking was available in the back of the property - small/medium vehicles only! We were warmly welcomed, and quickly shown our room and the breakfast area, and given the keys (and combinations to the property gate and front door). We were offered a snack and coffee as well. Our room was on the 1st floor, next to the street - it was surprisingly quiet. The room, like most in Florence, is small - and the bathroom smaller (barely enough room for 1 person to stand). The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good: cheese, meat, yogurt, cereal, bread, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. They offered can soda for 1 euro (as opposed to most stores charging 2.5 or 3) and bottled water for .5 euro. While there was no one on-site 24/7, emails were answered quickly. We did not mind the 3/4 mile walk into the city, and chose to eat our evening meals at a location away from the touristy area. A train stop is close - just "around the corner" from the B & B - if you don't want to walk. The BEST gelato shop is also there - we were disappointed that we didn't "discover" it until our last night.

It was great to be further away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city...made it much easier to catch our bus tour to Sienna! Our hostess, Sara, was a wealth of information and always available to help or provide information. Her home is just lovely!

Beautiful place with airy, fresh and comfortable rooms. Small and cozy. Even parking on prem. Our stay felt very luxurious. Area is safe and it takes some 15-20 minutes to walk into the city centre, which is perfectly ok if you arrive with car as driving is not permitted in the centre, so this is as close as you get if you don't want fines.

It was not what we expected and our room did not look like the photo. It was a courtyard suite, but we were basically in a converted garage in the yard not attached to the main building. The carpet was old and did not seem clean, and it was two single beds put together to make a queen sized bed. The room was quite tight with a small bathroom. The breakfast was OK, we ended up eating elsewhere. It is a quick cab from the airport which is nice, but a bit of a walk to the city centre (you can also take a tram, but it's just as fast to walk to most of the main sights).

Beautiful home and room. Staff was quick to respond and accommodating when we arrived late. It was an easy drive from the airport. The only negative I can think of is that the bed was extremely hard.

What a beautiful and fabulous place to stay in Firenze!!! Gorgeous decorum, comfort to die for and an excellent service. Odette is fantastic host and such a friendly lady, she made our stay perfect. The room was very large, clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location for car access to the city, as well as for transit connection. Great place to stay in Florence
We spent wonderful two days in Florence. Hotel staff was amazing. There is parking in the yard, yet very tiny, you can only fit a small/compact car. Breakfasts are very family like. Coffee and tea is available all day long. Hotel is about 20 minutes away from the main attractions in the city, but you can also take a tram to make the walk shorter. Bathroom is very small, but nice and clean.

We loved staying in the little guest house in the back. It was private and quiet. The breakfast was also good. Recommend using the tram with stop less than 5 minutes away which will save at least 10 minutes off the walk into the city center.

Marvelous. After a busy and crowded day in Florence, a restful room in this updated B&B is wonderful. It was a small family villa back in the day. The tram is a 2 or 3 minute walk away ( half a block), and just a 10 minute tram ride to SMN train station and central city. The owner, SRa, was most welcoming and full of local info. Highly recommended if a busy downtown hotel is not what you want.. the breakfast was was a fresh start to the day and we enjoyed talwith the other guests. Thank you, Sara.

The smiley lady who checked us in and served breakfast doesn't have enough English to do the job properly. She gave us two cards with restaurant suggestions, the first 1/4 mile away was closed. We decided to try it the next night but found that it was just a deli with a few tables and that it closed at 8 p. m. The second option was one mile away and when we got there we needed reservations. Luckily, for our first night in Florence we finally found a Thai restaurant in the neighborhood. Just imagine: Our first meal in Florence was Thai! Also, the hotel is in a strictly residential neighborhood with no amenities for tourists; eg., choice of restaurants. Some writers have said it is a twenty minute walk to the center, but it is not. A twenty minute jog, perhaps, not a walk. The breakfasts are extremely minimal, not at all proper for a place with a nice room like ours (#6). White bread to toast, maybe some slices of turkey, cheese, or bresciola (but maybe not), maybe some juice if the lady thinks to refill the jug. The breakfast room has only six places to eat, so when all the seats were occupied, late-comers had to wait. The room was lovely but the rest was not.

A great place to stay!!
I loved this Hotel. Sara met us there and made sure we knew how to access everything, and the parking was free! The hotel is a 25 min walk to the center of town, which is perfect after all the pasta and pizza we ate!!
