I cannot be more happy about our stay. Our room was so spacious and clean, and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants. There is a supermarket just around the corner, and most of the tourist attractions are just across the bridge and a 15 to 20 mins stroll.

Fantastic hotel! It’s located off the main tourist areas so it’s quiet but still close enough that a few minutes walk puts you right on the main thoroughfares. Finding the door can be a little tricky but the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are just the right size and have AC units that are almost too effective. Surprising bonus: there’s an elevator! Can’t recommend this hotel enough, it was a great find and provides fantastic value for the price.

We had an incredible stay here! Great location, great service and the room was spacious and beautiful. I had been worried about our rental car and the ZTL, but the hotel parking option is fantastic.

Lovely accommodation in a good location

Great accommodation - nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Helpful front desk and good central location just south of the river and the very heart of Florence. A little noisy but to be expected being central and surrounded by bars.

Well if you plan on sleeping on the weekends this is not the place for you. Friday & Saturday night the band right across the street plays from 8pm until about 2:30am and then everyone parties until around 4:00am. The room needs some updating and cleaning. Pretty close to most attractions. The front staff was very friendly. The check in process needs to be changed....thank goodness a couple was coming out of the hotel as we were standing there and unable to connect to the hotel with out

This place is Excellent! It is close to everything. Right outside the front door are restaurants and bars. There is a gelato place right on the corner. It’s a short walk to the bridge to cross the river. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence.

With a few upgrades, this is perfect for Family

Fantastic place, beautiful area and the place is fantastic, clean, modern and a good size for a family. Coffee machine sucks, tv remote did not work optimal and the refrigerator did not turn kold.

Uncomfortable stay

The property was fairly clean and tidy, the room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was cramped and the shower tiny, I am not a big guy but found it very uncomfortable. It was difficult to find the property which was in a building on the 3rd floor, access via a tiny elevator. Once checked in we had to climb a narrow stairwell to our room. The room had minimal plug points and the kettle did not fit in the socket. The ladies at reception were very helpful.
