The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and the owner went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. There area around the property is under construction but once in your room you wouldn’t know it. The pool was so relaxing. And the tub in our room was so deep that I didn’t need to seek out the hot tub since it practically was one. Two thumbs up or 10/10 stars.

Wonderful hidden gem

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious for a family of five, with two bedrooms, very clean and modern. The indoor pool was great, as well as the rooftop with the beautiful views. The service was also top notch. A little bit of a walk from the sights, about 15 mins max, but was nice to have dinner away from the super touristy area, and plenty of options nearby. We’d definitely stay there again.

We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, quiet and nice and clean. Was just outside the restricted traffic area so if you have a car it's good or don't want to be in the thick of the tourist area but an easy 15min walk. We dined with the locals

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend. Staff was kind and helpful. The property is lovely. The spa and pool area was beaand relaxing. The view from the rooftop is superb. The mattress is a bit firm to our preference. We stayed in room 1. It shares a wall with the dinning area, so it gets quite noisy in the morning. If you are a late sleeper or light sleeper you may request to not be in that room. But still a wonderful stay.

The property itself was good. It had good amenities and the rooms were spacious. The AC was very weak though and on most days the rooms were very hot to sleep in during the outside 35* weather. The food and the pool facility were really great. No complaints. My original room was a basement room and as an asthmatic there was a residual mold smell that bothered me so I had to move rooms. If you are asthmatic do not book a basement room. The property staff were helpful in moving me to a different room to suite my health which I was very thankful for. Location wise really is top notch and it makes Florence very easily walkable.

Amazing pool and nearby food venues.

While a15-20 min walk to Florence proper, this hotel has a lovely pool. Amazing pastry shop nearby and a wonderful pizza place as well as a nearby public park with an outdoor cafe by the water. Also near a sort of time-out type of food market with restaurants. Just know that if you stay in rooms 1, 2 or 3 you will hear them getting the breakfast vroom ready early in the morning.

Accueil et conseils appréciés. Petit déjeuner comme on l'entend. Deux bémols, dont le premier fait référence à la piscine puisqu'on nous a clairement demandé de sortier car l'accès était désormais réservé par une famille, entrainant la sortie de toutes les personnes s'y trouvant, ne nous laissant pas le temps de nous sécher et le second quant à l'emplacement du petit déjeuner qui se trouve aux portes de 4 chambres entrainant des bruits de machine à café et vaisselle dès 07h00. A part cela le séjour était agréable. La literie est fantastique

O espaço é muito bonito. O quarto era bastante amplo e tinha um terraço muito agradável. Cama enorme e muito confortável. Pequeno almoço diversificado e servido numa ala tranquila e bonita, com espaço exterior. Óptimas instalações de SPA. Autocarros C2 e C3 com paragens bem próximos. Mas acesso pedonal ao centro por vias planas e com interesse. Voltaria a ficar neste hotel num regresso a esta magnífica cidade.

Kleines gepflegtes Hotel. Zentral nähe der Altstadt gelegen. Saubere Zimmer, nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Der SPABereich entsprechend übersichtlich und gepflegt. Leider standen den Gästen von zwei Saunen nur eine zur Verfügung und selbst diese war eher mäßig betrieben. Man war gehalten sich Anzumelden und Zeiten einzuhalten, was scheinbar nur von uns anfänglich beherzigt wurde. War auch kein Mangel wenn teils andere Gäste sich eben nicht so verhalten wie es gewünscht wurde. Für ein Städtetrip durchaus empfehlenswert.

God service, rent. Grundet Covid 19 blev vi opgraderet til Forte16 med køkken så vi havde mulighed for at lave morgenmad. Valgte hotellet grundet poolen samt den selvstændig parkeringskælder.

Hôtel correct mais les chambres pour quatre avec lit en hauteur à éviter !! Le lit en hauteur était cassé et penché du mauvais côté, du coup mon fils est tombé dans la nuit... et il a fini sa nuit sur un matelas par terre... pas terrible du tout !
